Power Food Smoothie Pops

In the heat of Summer, you deserve to start your day with popsicles. And why no get your fuel for the day too with these super food smoothie pops!

Power Food Smoothie Pops


  • 1¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt, divided
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup cherries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoon cacao nibs (or powder)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pitted medjool dates


  1. -Add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend until very smooth
  2. -Pour some of your smoothie mixture into your popsicle molds
  3. -Now spoon in some of your coconut yogurt
  4. -Repeat process and continue layering your popsicles until you get to the top
  5. -Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight
