America is a Melting Pot – and in honor of that, we wanted to make a wings recipe that reflects all the beautiful cultures and people the USA represents!

Melting Pot Wings

Ingredients

    For the chicken:
  • 2 lbs. chicken wings or drummettes
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • For the sauce:
  • ΒΌ cup pomegranate molasses
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 3-4 dashes fish sauce
  • For the dip:
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle in adobo
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Make the spice mixture
  2. Coat the chicken with the spice mixture in a bowl
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with a rack - remove from frame
  4. Make the sauce in a small saucepan (2 minutes)
  5. Make the dip in a small bowl
  6. Bring in the fully cooked chicken
  7. Transfer the chicken to a large bowl
  8. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken
  9. Toss the chicken until coated in sauce
  10. Transfer the chicken onto a serving platter
  11. Serve with the dip, carrot and celery sticks
