Vera Lynn Punch


    For the Citrus Sugar
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar
  • For the Cocktail
  • 4 tbsp. citrus sugar
  • 6 oz. lemon juice
  • 6 oz. Fords gin
  • 3 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 3 oz. triple sec
  • 10 oz. cold jasmine tea
  • 8 oz. sparkling wine
  • Lemon and orange wheels, for garnish
  • For the Garnishes
  • Lemon wheels
  • Orange wheels
  • Edible flowers
  • Jasmine flowers


  1. Make the ice block
  2. Make the sugar zest mixture
  3. Make the tea. Once steeped, let it fully cool.
  4. Juice the lemons
  5. Combine the lemon juice and zest and sugar mixture in a punchbowl
  6. Add the Gin, St Germain, and Cointreau to the punchbowl
  7. Add the cooled tea
  8. Add the ice block
  9. Top with sparkling wine
  10. Garnish with lemon wheels, orange wheels, and edible flowers
